An amazing french style bread pudding
made with Panettone a Italian Christmas bread,with dried fruits.
the pudding is made with eggs,sugar, vanilla pace, Milk and heavy cream.
dried fruits soaked in Bourbon raisins, cranberries, golden raisins and dried apricots pieces,
serve with my delicious Bourbon salted caramel sauce.

Gothic Wedding Party

 

An amazing 3 tier 4 layered cake
Bottom tier a Delicious coffee flavored cake soak in expresso
Coffee syrup and kahluah a coffee liquor, filled with 2 layers
Of mocha milk chocolate ganache, and center layer of salted
Caramel frosting, middle tier is a decadent almond flavored cake
Soaked in vanilla syrup and Amaretto an almond liquor, filled with
Almond Swiss butter cream with toasted chop almonds,
Top tier is a red velvet cake soaked in vanilla rum syrup, filled with
Cream cheese frosting.
Covered in a white butter cream frosting, decorated with the Ofelia lace
In black with red ribbons, and 3 of my hand made sugar roses in red,
Topped with a gothic wedding couple.
